To strengthen our Application Team we are looking for the IS Application Specialist for Risk Management Tools who has prior experience in supporting software applications. In that role you will work in the application support area, very closely to Business users, external IS teams and internal software delivery teams, to ensure high level of the customer care culture. If you have analytical mind, collaborative attitude, you stay open and committed to challenges, and have strong sense of supporting others, you are the one we are looking for.

IS Service Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Incidents, problems and user requests management and resolution
  • Application configuration and administration
  • Collaboration with Business, Application Operations, Application Software Delivery Teams and other external IT Teams
  • Maintenance of the application support related documentation and the knowledge base for all the Support Teams
  • Data analysis to support application related decision making
  • Conduct end-user basic level trainings related to supported applications
  • Utilizing your understanding of existing IS application technology and business requirements to guide colleagues in implementation and operation

Your background

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT environment (preferably supporting enterprise web software applications)
  • Ability to manage multiple demands on time, working with cross-functional, and international teams
  • A collaborative, solutions and customer service-oriented approach and strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools (MS SharePoint/OneNote)
  • and strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Basic SQL knowledge will be a plus
  • ITIL methodology experience will be a plus
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
